Biography

Bev is an experienced Food teacher who has taught in the independent, state and industry sector. She currently teaches Food and Nutrition at a comprehensive school in Worcestershire. Bev is an experienced author who has co-authored Hodder textbooks such as A-level Home Economics, GCSE Food Preparation Nutrition, and more recently, the new revision guide for the WJEC Level 1/2 Vocational Award in Hospitality and Catering, Units 1 & 2.
