Biography

Anita is an Assistant Headteacher in an academy and is a Chief Examiner for a major examination board who has helped develop the new GCSE Food qualification. Anita is also an Consultant Editor for Hodder Education, most recently working on the OCR GCSE Food Preparation and Nutrition textbook.
