This workshop is split into two 2-hour webinars, three weeks apart, so you have the chance to implement what you learn in Session 1 and reflect on the outcomes in Session 2.

  • Focus on students with low prior attainment in Session 1, considering how you can help them with conceptual thinking, sources and historical interpretations
  • Explore the skills required to reach the highest grades in Session 2, including excellent essay writing, confident interrogation of sources and substantiating judgements on interpretations
