Why attend?

Meet the individual needs of each student as you discover teaching strategies to support, challenge and guide them towards their best grade.

This workshop is split into two 2-hour webinars, three weeks apart, so you have the chance to implement what you learn in Session 1 and reflect on the outcomes in Session 2.

  • Ensure that you are up to date with the assessment arrangements for 2022
  • Focus on students with low prior attainment in Session 1, considering how you can help them with conceptual thinking, sources and historical interpretations
  • Explore the skills required to reach the highest grades in Session 2, including excellent essay writing, confident interrogation of sources and substantiating judgements on interpretations
