connecting with students in-school and remotely. Access free sample resources today!

Supporting learners' mental health & wellbeing not only enables you to deliver the curriculum in-school and remotely, it also offers expert mental health, wellbeing and pastoral support to help guide all learners, regardless of their starting points and learning environment, to become productive and connected.

  • PSHE is interwoven through the learning, with many opportunities during a lesson to find calm and mindfulness that is not directly related to the learning.
  • Develop teaching strategies to help spot warning signals and establish deeper connections with pupils with specially created PD training and support materials.

Alongside PD support for teachers, there are four types of support for students in key stages 3-4 including:

  • Trauma Response Network (TRN), which offers free access to trained therapists for anyone who feels they need to talk someone, at a time that suits them.
  • Activities and advice built into lessons to help students self-manage their wellbeing including at-home quizzes, tips for coping with anxiety, tools to manage the wider world and much more!
  • Ideas which show the science behind our behaviour and attitudes including healthy eating and exercise and online behaviours.
  • Helping others – a proven and positive way to make students feel better by helping others
