Prices and availability 

While Hodder Education makes every effort to ensure that information on its websites is accurate, this cannot be guaranteed. Prices displayed in our online catalogues and availability may change without prior notice.

Purchases 

Purchases from Hachette UK websites are processed via Bookpoint Limited (one of the companies in the Hachette UK group). Bookpoint's terms and conditions apply to all purchases. Contracts for the purchase of books must be concluded in English.

Inspection Copies

Inspection copies are supplied at the discretion of Hodder Education and are available to teachers to review for 60 days. After this time, they must be returned, paid for or can be claimed as a free copy with the purchase of 15+ copies by the institution. All books supplied on approval (e.g. Teacher Packs) must either be returned or paid for within the 60 day period.

Inspection and approval copies are sent carriage free, but their return is at the expense of the institution.

Trademarks and copyright 

All brand names, service names, product names, titles and copyright material used in or on this site are trade marks or copyright of their respective holders. No permission is given by Hachette UK or its subsidiaries for their use by any person other than such holders (except in the case of viewing the site from a personal computer or downloading material for personal non-commercial use) and such use may constitute an infringement of the holders' rights.

Use of any Hyperlink 

Neither we nor any of our subsidiaries are responsible for the content of any other website, including any website through which you may have gained access to our website or to which you may gain access from our website but excluding Bookpoint Limited. Communication and Marketing

If you have made a purchase direct from us we will occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via email, post and telephone.
 
By giving us your email address you are consenting to recieve Hodder Education Group eUpdates. These are sent via email, typically no more than twice a month. We do not share your email address with any other company.
 
You can opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us by making changes via your online account or clicking on the unsubscribe link in any email communications.

Loyalty Scheme

The Loyalty Scheme is designed to reward people who engage in genuine activity on the Hodder Education websiste; any activity deemed to be a misuse of the scheme will investigated and the bonus rewards will not be sent. Participants within schools and colleges must be teachers. The Loyalty Scheme is not available to students.
 
Send to a Friend – you must send something you want to share to another person, and this should be someone you think has an interest in the content. 
Feedback – this should be genuine product or website feedback. 
Review – this should be a review of the product.

Employees of competitors using the Loyalty Scheme for commercial purposes and Hodder Education employees are not eligible to participate in scheme.
