Assigned tests/lessons not visible to your pupils

When assigning tests/lessons in Dynamic Learning please check the date that you are setting them to appear from. Currently our calendar is automatically setting tests/lessons to be available from one day in advance, therefore if you would like to set tests/lessons on the same day (to appear instantly) you will need to write today's date in the box provided. Our digital team are in the process of resolving this issue, in the meantime you can manually enter the date by typing into the date box.

Emails being quarantined

Some school systems are blocking Dynamic Learning automated emails, to ensure all our emails reach you please ask your IT department to whitelist (add to safe sender list) the email address:

Ability to delete pupils is disabled

We've had to disable the option for you to delete students from the Dynamic Learning system while we make some security updates. We'll let you know as soon as it's back.

In the meantime, there is a quick way around this. As a User Manager or Teacher Administrator you can make students "inactive", which will stop them from being able to login to Dynamic Learning and remove them from your reports.

To do this, log into Dynamic Learning and go to the Manage Users section. Locate the relevant student(s), and untick the "active" box next to their name.

Our apologies for the inconvenience, and we hope to have the option to fully delete students back up and running soon.
