About the Author(s):
David Probert has 20 years’ experience as an examiner and moderator and has contributed to the development of media studies specifications. He was Head of Media and Communication Studies at Macclesfield College and Aquinas College in Cheshire and is the author of the AS/A-Level Media Studies Essential Word Dictionary and the AS/A-Level Media Studies Exam Revision Notes, both published by Philip Allan Updates. Andrew Graham is a media studies examiner and Head of Media Studies at Poynton High School, Cheshire. He was previously a Lecturer in Media and Cultural Studies at Liverpool John Moores University.
