About the Author(s): Dirk Sykes is Principal Examiner for the WJEC and Head of Geography at Y Pant Comprehensive School, in South Wales. He has a wealth of experience of teaching and writing external examinations and he leads a team of examiners who mark the completed work of candidates.Stacey Burton-McCabe is an independent Teaching and Learning Consultant with extensive teaching experience up to senior leadership level. Stacey works with several education and training establishments, including Bath Spa University.
