Worth its weight in gold ... vastly superior to books on similar subjects. This book is a "must" and surpasses any other similar work currently available. I heartily recommend this super book - it contains a wealth of information not easily accessible elsewhere and sets standards which other authors will have to strive very hard to beat.

It looks excellent. Now that it's bigger and clearer, it will probably become more thumbed than the previous one!
