About the Author(s):
Christine Wilding is a Chartered MCIPD human resource practitioner and a BACP accredited and UKRC registered psychotherapist. She is a member of the BABCP, with post-graduate training in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). She is a practising CBT therapist at the Cygnet Hospital, Sevenoaks, and is a psychotherapist and life coach in private practice. Pauline O'Driscoll is a counsellor, pyschotherapist and tutor. She is BACP accreditated, with post graduate training in Clinical Hypnosis, and is a member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH). She specialises in bereavement, anxiety, stress management and work place issues and currently runs her own private practice.
