Summary:
The Access Reading Test–interactive is purpose-designed for on-screen, wide-range standardised assessment, normed for ages 7 to adult. The test is available in two parallel forms, A and B: both forms are provided on this CD-ROM.

Access Reading Test–interactive:

· offers fully standardised on-screen assessment – with instant scoring – in just 30 minutes: ideal for screening on entry to secondary school
· provides parallel forms A & B to allow reliable re-testing and progress monitoring
· automatically calculates standardised scores, percentiles and reading ages
· profiles four key aspects of reading comprehension, and flags reading ages which are a year or more behind chronological age
· generates individual profiles, plus a comprehensive range of class and whole yeargroup performance analyses and reports
· also includes an optional ‘extra time’ assessment facility, for examination access arrangements

The program is fully networkable, sets no limit to the number of pupil records, and comes with a two-year licence. A comprehensive User’s Manual (supplied as a pdf file on the CD-ROM) gives full information on how to install, use and get the most out of the system.
