Reviews:
"The pen portraits which front each of the Teacher's Resource Books are particularly informative. It is not always easy to grasp what the conceptual leap is that needs to be made to support progression from level 5 to 6: these portraits encapsulate this precicely. This enables teachers to model more precisely the key skills which will ensure progression to level 6, skills which are not always comfortable to model, even for the most confident reader.
The Hodder Reading Project has an absolute pedigree (written by Sue Hackman), and having used the other level resources I know that it works. I would have no hesitation in recommending this to teachers..."
