Katrina Bannigan is a Senior Lecturer in Research Methods, School of Health and Social Care, University of Teesside. Prior to this she worked as a research & development occupational therapist at the Institute of Rehabilitation, Hull & East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust. This role involved being the lead for research and development in occupational therapy and studying for her PhD at the University of Hull. Her PhD focused on increasing the use of research findings in four allied health professions (dietetics, occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech and language therapy).
