Please Note that permissions requests currently have a processing time of between four and six weeks, so please apply in good time. The process may take longer depending on the complexity of the request and any difficulties incurred whilst tracing records. We ask you to be patient during this process and to avoid sending repeated requests for information once you have received confirmation of receipt of your request form.

- ISBN (necessary to proceed with the request
Please note that we charge for the electronic files as we do not keep them in house. The files will be ordered for you from our Printing House so please secure at least 4 weeks before we will be able to send you the files.
Requests for electronic material for visually impaired and print-disabled students must be made using the form below. Requests (inc.. Title and ISBN) are accepted only from educational institutions on behalf of individual students.
