We ask you to be patient during this process and to avoid sending repeated requests for information once you have received confirmation of receipt of your request form.

Please note that we charge for the electronic files as we do not keep them in house. The files will be ordered for you from our Printing House so please secure at least 4 weeks before we will be able to send you the files.
Requests for electronic material for visually impaired and print-disabled students must be made using the form below. Requests (inc.. Title and ISBN) are accepted only from educational institutions on behalf of individual students.
