1) The competition is run by Hodder Education of 338 Euston Road, London, NW1 3BH, UK.
2) Competition open only to catering students enrolled at UK establishments during the 2009-10 academic year.
3) Maximum one entry per student.
4) Students must provide valid details.
5) Deadline for entry is midnight on 14/6/10.
6) Hodder Education reserve the right to reject entries that are deemed inappropriate.
7) By entering, students agree to be signed up for Hodder Education’s Hospitality & Catering e-updates and give permission for their videos to be used in promotional material.
8) John Campbell will select his favourite video and 3 runners-up.
9) The winner and 3 runners-up will be notified by email.
10) The winner will win a day cooking with John and his brigade at Coworth Park on an unspecified date of John's choosing in 2010, a £100 Russums gift voucher and a copy of Practical Cookery Level 2.
11) Three runners-up will each win a £50 Russums gift voucher and a copy of Practical Cookery Level 2.
